Welcome to Earth Radar. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read the "not for emergencies" section in particular.
Earth Radar is an awareness tool, not an emergency or early-warning service. It is not an earthquake early-warning system and cannot guarantee timely, accurate, or complete information. Data comes from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and some hazard types have limited geographic coverage (see Support). In an emergency, always rely on official government alerts and local authorities. Do not use this app as your sole source for evacuation or personal-safety decisions.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Upstream data sources may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from reliance on its information.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse its data sources.
The app and its design belong to the developer. Hazard data belongs to its respective sources — USGS and the NWS are U.S. Government works in the public domain, and GDACS, operated by the UN and the European Commission, declares its data public domain — and remains subject to their terms.
We may update these terms from time to time, posting the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
